BUYING AND SELLING SHARES : EACH MEMBER REMAINS IN CONTROL OF ITS STRATEGY
Everyone buys and sells whenever they want, without being accountable to the association.
However, we regularly ask our members to give us their positions, eventually providing screenshots of their number of shares. This helps us to update our representativeness.
WHEN VOTING FOR A GENERAL MEETING :
– The association produces a survey, everyone can answer it.
– An official majority position is announced, “the consensus”. This one is published officially on this website before the opening of remote voting operations.
– Our representatives can vote for our members for those who wish to use proxy vote, by respecting individual positions, whether they are in line with the consensus or not.
Each member keeps the possibility to express fully their vote in GM thanks to a simplified procedure.
ADANOVA, with its representativity, has already helped to reach the quorum during a recent GM, thereby preventing the holding of a new meeting = saving time for the company.
