This General Meeting was long awaited by the shareholders, all in all disappointed in the evolution of the share’s price (divided by 3 since Nov 2019, when in comparison the CAC40 gained +10% on the same period).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adanova started by proposing to add a resolution to the agenda, meant to condition the CEO’s advantages to a share price more in line with the valuations announced for the subsidiaries.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

By asking to provide at once additional documents at the last minute, the company has avoided this motion to make it to the GM.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
